WOW! Could things get crazier?!

Maybe I shouldn't ask that question. I know this is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, and usually I think it is. Right now though, man, it is crazy. We had puppies at our house last week, on Weds 12/10. We were expecting them, but they came about a week early. We had 3. One of them died that night, and another on Sunday. So now, I am running a puppy NICU at my house - during the most busy time of the year! It is totally crazy! I am a nervous wreck! What was I thinking to try to have puppies right now! oh well. She is really cute, and once she is more independent, it will all be fine, we just have some time to go before that happens. So as a result, my tree still is bare, no presents have been wrapped, my Christmas haven't been sent and I am completely exhausted! Oh well. That's life right? I will post pix of the puppy soon. I was having a hard time loading them from my camera. Lexie is doing good. More adorable - and mischevious! - than ever! It's so much fun to be a mom. Tim is still looking for a job, poor guy. That is not fun work. He had an interview that seems promising this week, so we are keeping our fingers crossed. It isn't nearly as much as he was making before, but it is a job, with benefits and a lot of opportunity. So we are praying that the right thing happens!
